Freeride?

Postby tbone16 on Fri Nov 07, 2008 7:49 am

Who else thinks its revolution in skate jamming? I have yet to sit down and account my stories of slide fest, but I can tell you that witnessing Adam Auger freeride Blacks Beach made me really want to burn some soft thane. So what do you guys think? Cool or tool? Were is so good spots in Austin we can get our drift on?

Cool. Mt. Bonnel. Lots of hills in Westlake. You should have seen Robbie's wheels after our freeride sesh the other weekend.

I am in need of a go fast/ free ride setup. Got a perfect set of blue kryps, and that is pretty much my startin point. I am thinkin a nemesis on randys with green venoms would do the trick quite nice. Might back burner it though, cuz I got my old hellcat, that I may just throw the kryps on.

What kind of wheels did robby wreck?

Purptangs. They were brand new when we started and coned hard at the end of the day. That Westlake pavement is a cheese grater. Hellcats are pretty badass for freeride. Where'd you get the blue Kryptos?

there was supposedly some awesome roads out in lakeway with those canadian style moderately downhill neighborhoods full of 90 degree corners, but come out to the next TXDH race this weekend too, james managed to do four pendys on it yesterday and still jam. i think there will be cameras and lots of general merrymaking
